Change of mind
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of nutritional products if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to choose carefully and ensure the products meet your needs.
Defective items
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@marieclaudesavard.ca with product details. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
Once we receive your returned product, we will review it and notify you by email within a reasonable time to confirm your eligibility for a refund or replacement. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement using your original payment method.
Allergic reactions
In the event of an allergic reaction to a product, we accept returns even if the packaging has been opened. Please contact us at info@marieclaudesavard.ca to inform us of your situation. We will cover the return shipping costs in this case. We are committed to processing these returns quickly and providing you with a refund or replacement, whichever is most convenient for you.
